Full Flaring Skirt Has Diagonal Welt Pocket With A Flap And Stud Closure. Reverse Has Black Tape Applied Over The Centre Back Seam From Neck To Waist. Gathering At The Centre Back Waist Creates Drape Through The Full Hem That Curves Longer Than The Front. Hem Is Pulled In With Inset Drawstrings.
